Job Description :

H2AIM is a leading supplier of fire protection and detection having presence in the Middle East and Pakistan. Founded in 2015 in Abu Dhabi, we have expanded our footprint and diversified our service platform to deliver a full scope of fire safety services such as fire protection engineering & design, firefighting equipment & tools, PPE, technical manpower and industrial safety training.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), firefighting equipment, and hardware tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Mussafah market.
  • A valid UAE driving license.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to identify and secure new business opportunities for H2AIM, meeting clients at their premises to build relationships and understand their needs.
  • Actively seek and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Present H2AIM’s health and safety solutions directly to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  • Develop and implement H2AIM strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Gather feedback from the field to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to align field sales efforts with H2AIM’s company objectives and promotional activities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales activity reports, including leads, visits, closures, and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of H2AIM sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or Engineering.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries, proposals and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare pre-qualification & registration documentation.
  • Work with sales team and put together bids, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all required information is provided prior to start of tender process.
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for tender submissions, liaise with suppliers in requesting quotations
  • Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified bids ensuring bid compliance.
  • Produce bid support material as required.
  • Liaise with product suppliers for technical information and competitive pricing.
  • Attend bid clarification and handover meetings.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients showcasing products and services.
  • Study the market demand related to PPE items and fire safety equipment.
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
  • Search for manufacturers to establish potential partnership agreements.
  • Conduct the company pre-qualifications to receive RFQ from the customers.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Prepare commercial and technical offers against client’s RFQ.
  • Follow up offers/quotations to clients.
  • Manage billing and delivery of products to clients.
  • Make the customer and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
